3. The machine is an idea preferred equipment for juice beverage makers because it is convenient to operate with higher automation while every part of the machine is inspected to run with photo electricity.

Filling part
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.
3). Filling method is gravity filling.
4). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304.
5). The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling quantity is accurate.
6). The valve does not move, filling process bottleneck holds the bottleneck, by lifting mechanism under the effect of CAM down and up.
7). The cylinder liquid level control method is controlled by the floating ball.
8). Filling machine motivation by the rack drive system through gear transmission.
